  1. In a medium bowl, combine room temperature dulce de leche and 1/4 cup of the heavy cream and beat until smooth.
  2. In a different bowl whip remaining heavy cream until stiff. Start slow.
  3. Fold mixture together, don’t deflate the whipped cream.
  4. Freeze for about 6 hours
