Ingredients
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk or dulce de leche 13.4 oz / 397 g
- 2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
- Optional: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, pinch of salt

- In a medium bowl, combine room temperature dulce de leche and 1/4 cup of the heavy cream and beat until smooth.
- In a different bowl whip remaining heavy cream until stiff. Start slow.
- Fold mixture together, don’t deflate the whipped cream.
- Freeze for about 6 hours
