Ingredients
- 1 lb White Oak Pastures ground beef
- 1–2 tbsp butter or refined coconut oil (for frying)
- A2 cheddar cheese (to taste)
- Homemade nixtamalized corn chips
- Organic potatoes (as a side)
Directions
- Heat butter or coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef, season with salt, and fry until browned and cooked through (about 8–10 minutes).
- Shred or slice A2 cheddar cheese and set aside.
- Prepare the nixtamalized corn chips (warm or toast lightly before serving).
- Cook the potatoes to your liking (boiled, mashed with butter, or roasted).
- Serve everything together: beef topped with cheddar, with corn chips and potatoes on the side.
