  1. Combine Jameson Irish whiskey, half & half or heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate syrup, vanilla extract, and instant coffee in a blender.
  2. Puree on high speed for 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container or glass bottle with a tight-fitting lid.
  4. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 months, shaking well before using.
