  1. Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
  2. Peel and dice potato, boil until tender, then drain.
  3. Cook bacon in a large frying pan until crisp, then crumble and set aside.
  4. Whisk eggs, milk, and salt in a medium bowl.
  5. Stir in cheese, cooked potato, and bacon into egg mixture.
  6. Pour mixture into an oven-proof frying pan.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes or until eggs are set.
