Bamboo shoots

Ingredients
- 1 can bamboo shoots (in water, no citric acid)
- 1 cup purified or filtered water
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
- Open can and drain water.
- Place bamboo shoots in saucepan with 1 cup purified water.
- Boil for 2-3 minutes.
- Add 1 tsp salt.
- Drain water.
- Blend in a blender or food processor.
