Ingredients
- 500 heavy cream
- 1/2 can of condensed milk
- 1 very ripe banana
- Meringues
- Cocoa powder
- Honey
- Pickling salt
- Coconut oil
Directions
- Heat up heavy cream slowly, add condensed milk and eggyolks, whisk on low heat until thickened. Let sit in fridge until cool.
- Chop up the banana and fry in coconut oil.
- Mix cocoa powder and honey.
- Add ice cream base into ice cream machine and let it do its magic.
- Once done add in the chocolate sauce, banana and meringues.
