Banana split ice cream

Ingredients

• 500 heavy cream
• 1/2 can of condensed milk
• 1 very ripe banana
• Meringues
• Cocoa powder
• Honey
• Pickling salt
• Coconut oil

Directions

1. Heat up heavy cream slowly, add condensed milk and eggyolks, whisk on low heat until thickened. Let sit in fridge until cool.
2. Chop up the banana and fry in coconut oil.
3. Mix cocoa powder and honey.
4. Add ice cream base into ice cream machine and let it do its magic.
5. Once done add in the chocolate sauce, banana and meringues.
