  1. Place beef feet and other beef cuts in pressure cooker.
  2. Add onion, carrot, garlic, chilies, and ginger with skins on.
  3. Cover with water.
  4. Pressure cook 1.5 hours.
  5. Strain broth; refrigerate to jelly if desired.
