Ingredients
- Beef feet
- Other beef cuts (optional)
- 1 onion (with skin)
- 1 carrot (with skin)
- 1 bulb garlic (with skin)
- Green chilies (to taste)
- Ginger (to taste)
- Water (to cover)
Directions
- Place beef feet and other beef cuts in pressure cooker.
- Add onion, carrot, garlic, chilies, and ginger with skins on.
- Cover with water.
- Pressure cook 1.5 hours.
- Strain broth; refrigerate to jelly if desired.
