Beef liver pâté

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat pan to high temperature.
  2. Put in coconut oil.
  3. Add beef liver, fry and stir,
  4. Blend liver, milk, salt, tamari and hot sauce together.
  5. Strain.
  6. Refridgerate for a few hours.
  7. Eat as a spread or with tortilla chips.
