  1. Cut the carrots and onions into big pieces.
  2. Add all the ingredients into a saucepan and fill it with water.
  3. Turn up the heat all the way then back down to low heat after a bit and let it cook for 8-12 hours.
  4. Once done cooking, let the broth cool down a bit, then pour it into glass jars using a strainer, let it cool completely before closing the lids and then store it in the fridge.
