Ingredients
- 800 grams of raw cows bones
- 2-3 carrots
- 50 grams of shiitake mushrooms (or any mushroom)
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 onions
- Bay leaf
- Allspice pepper
- pickling salt
Directions
- Cut the carrots and onions into big pieces.
- Add all the ingredients into a saucepan and fill it with water.
- Turn up the heat all the way then back down to low heat after a bit and let it cook for 8-12 hours.
- Once done cooking, let the broth cool down a bit, then pour it into glass jars using a strainer, let it cool completely before closing the lids and then store it in the fridge.
