Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 cup sugar
- Tbsp of sugar
- 1 cup coconut flour (or use masa harina if don’t tolerate coconut flour)
- 1 egg yolk + little bit of white
- 2 Tsp vanilla extract
- 1 full sweetened condensed milk (14oz)
Directions
- Melt butter, let it boil.
- Mix in cocoa, then after I fully mixed, take off heat.
- Mix condensed milk, sugars, vanilla extract one by one.
- Once mixed well, put in the egg and mix again.
- Add flour and mix once more.
- Bake at 330F 30-50 min.
- Enjoy with side of milk (mandatory).
