Ingredients
- 1 g white gelatine, in strips
- 10 ml distilled water
- 236 ml Sherry wine
- 30 ml tasteless fluid extract of cascara sagrada
- 28 g sugar
Directions
- Dissolve white gelatine in distilled water by the aid of heat.
- Add the dissolved gelatine mixture to of Sherry wine.
- Shake well and set aside for some time.
- Add tasteless fluid extract of cascara sagrada and sugar to the mixture.
- Set aside in a cool place for eight days.
- Filter the mixture before serving.
