Cascara sagrada wine

Directions

  1. Dissolve white gelatine in distilled water by the aid of heat.
  2. Add the dissolved gelatine mixture to of Sherry wine.
  3. Shake well and set aside for some time.
  4. Add tasteless fluid extract of cascara sagrada and sugar to the mixture.
  5. Set aside in a cool place for eight days.
  6. Filter the mixture before serving.
