  1. Preheat oven to 200°F (100°C).
  2. Fill a medium frying pan halfway with coconut oil.
  3. Heat oil to 120°F (50°C), then reduce to low heat.
  4. Break up pork rinds and add to oil, ensuring they’re covered.
  5. Place a small lid inside the pan on top of the rinds.
  6. Cook on low for 20 min with the lid on.
  7. Turn off heat, remove rinds, and drain on paper towels.
  8. Place rinds on fresh paper towels on a cookie sheet and bake for a few minutes to remove excess oil.
