Ingredients
- 500 grams chicken wings (bony good stuff)
- 500 grams chicken liver
- 4-5 chopped carrots
- 2 chopped parsnips
- 3-4 chopped potatoes (optional, could just add more carrots)
- 1 yellow onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- Bone broth (or fond for taste)
- Pepper and salt
- Water
- Coconut or heavy cream (for serving)
- Lingonberries/jam (for serving)
Directions
- Chop vegetables, onions.
- Put all ingredients in a slow cooker (or saucepan).
- Fill up with water.
- Cook on low heat for 9 hours.
- Serve with coconut cream (for cooling) and sweetened lingonberry jam (Swedish style, very good).
