Chocolate Casein Brownies

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter or coconut oil
- 1 cup 70% cocoa chocolate chips (soy lecithin free)
- 3/4 cup caster sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2/3 cup (60 g) Saturée Clean Casein
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a 12x8 inch (30x20 cm) baking dish with buttered baking paper.
- Over a water bath or in a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil, stirring until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a large mixing bowl, add eggs, sugar, and casein. Mix well until fully incorporated (electric beater works best).
- Pour into lined baking dish and bake for 18 minutes, until a fork comes out clean. Do not overcook.
- Remove from oven, allow to cool, then slice and transfer to a wire rack.
Brownies keep up to 5 days in the fridge and freeze well.
