Ingredients
- 1 cup of filtered water.
- 3 Tablespoons of gelatin
- 1.5 cups of white sugar (or use honey)
- 180 grams of medium/dark chocolate (soy lecithin and emulsifier free)
Directions
- Pour only few tablespoons of the water in a bowl and sprinkle gelatin
- Let bloom for 5 minutes
- Gently boil sugar and the remaining water until liquid turns clear
- In a large bowl blend the sugar and gelatin using an electric whisk, 8-10 minutes to turn thick & white
- Grease coconut-oil around the edges and inside of a glass square dish
- Pour mixture inside and leave aside
- Melt chocolate over low heat until it becomes liquid and pour over the marshmallows
- Leave in the fridge to set for 2-3 hours and cut into square pieces afterwards.
