Chocolate fudge

Ingredients
- 115 g coconut sugar
- 65 g raw cacao
- 2 tbsp gelatin
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup grass-fed milk
- 1 pasture-raised egg yolk
- Pinch of salt
- Splash of vanilla
- 1 tsp raw honey
Directions
- Heat all ingredients except honey in a saucepan over low heat, whisking constantly.
- Stir until the mixture is smooth and the gelatin fully dissolves.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then whisk in the honey.
- Pour into molds or a tray and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy!
