  1. Combine 2 cups coffee grounds with 2 cups water in a large pitcher.
  2. Mix well to wet all grounds.
  3. Soak in fridge for 8+ hours.
  4. Filter soaked grounds through a coffee filter into a carafe or Mason jar.
  5. Boil 4 cups water, pour slowly over grounds, rearrange with a spoon.
  6. Discard grounds, rinse filter and pitcher.
  7. Pour coffee through a cleaned filter back into pitcher.
  8. Filter again into carafe or Mason jar to remove sludge.
