Cold brewed coffee

- 🍽️ Servings: 4-5 cups
Ingredients
- 2 cups coarse, unflavored coffee grounds (e.g., French Roast)
- 6 cups purified or filtered water
Directions
- Combine 2 cups coffee grounds with 2 cups water in a large pitcher.
- Mix well to wet all grounds.
- Soak in fridge for 8+ hours.
- Filter soaked grounds through a coffee filter into a carafe or Mason jar.
- Boil 4 cups water, pour slowly over grounds, rearrange with a spoon.
- Discard grounds, rinse filter and pitcher.
- Pour coffee through a cleaned filter back into pitcher.
- Filter again into carafe or Mason jar to remove sludge.
