Ingredients
- 1/2 cup/1 stick butter, melted
- 3 cups fat-free powdered milk (or oat bran/oat flour)
- 1/2 cup raisins, additive-free
- 1 cup pure cane sugar
- 3 pastured egg yolks
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Coconut oil (for greasing)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F/180°C.
- Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Beat egg yolks and sugar with a mixer until creamy.
- Add melted butter to egg mixture, blend well.
- Mix in powdered milk (or oat bran/flour) until blended; add water if too dry.
- Grease baking sheet with coconut oil, line with parchment paper.
- Spoon tbsp-sized portions onto sheet, 2 inches apart; flatten with spoon.
- Bake for 10 min or until golden brown.
- Cool on a rack.
