Cottage cheese custard with mango orange marmalade

Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 cups raw milk
- 1 cup cottage cheese (strained, 4%-fat)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mango orange marmalade
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Blend egg yolks, raw milk, cottage cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour mixture into 4 ramekins.
- Place ramekins in a baking dish and add hot water halfway up the sides.
- Bake for 30 minutes until set.
- Cool slightly, then top each with mango orange marmalade.
- Serve warm or chilled.
