Cottage cheese custard with mango orange marmalade

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Blend egg yolks, raw milk, cottage cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into 4 ramekins.
  4. Place ramekins in a baking dish and add hot water halfway up the sides.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes until set.
  6. Cool slightly, then top each with mango orange marmalade.
  7. Serve warm or chilled.
