Crock-pot beef stew

Ingredients
- 2 lbs/1 kg grass-fed stew beef
- 4 red potatoes, cut into chunks
- 2 cups broth
- ½ Tbsp coconut oil (or butter)
- Pickling salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- 3 Tbsp high-quality gelatin powder (optional)
- Minced garlic (to taste)
Directions
- Wash and peel potatoes if desired, cut into chunks, place in Crock-Pot bottom.
- Add stew beef on top of potatoes.
- Drizzle coconut oil over meat.
- Add broth, salt, pepper, optional gelatin, and minced garlic.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
