Ingredients
- 1.5 cups of milk of your choice
- 1/2 cup of cane sugar or honey
- 2 free-range egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons of gelatin
- 3 tablespoons of milk for the gelatin
Directions
- In saucepan on low heat add the eggs yolks, sugar and milk. Whisk well until sugar is dissolved.
- Mix the gelatin with 3 tablespoons of milk in a separate bowl and leave aside to bloom.
- Remove liquid mixture from heat and whilst it is still warm add the gelatin.
- Keep stirring until fully dissolved and pour into glass container.
- Leave aside to cool down and then place in fridge.
- After 2 hours remove from fridge and cut into squares large or small.
- Store in the fridge and eat within 4-5 days.
