Custard jello squares

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In saucepan on low heat add the eggs yolks, sugar and milk. Whisk well until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Mix the gelatin with 3 tablespoons of milk in a separate bowl and leave aside to bloom.
  3. Remove liquid mixture from heat and whilst it is still warm add the gelatin.
  4. Keep stirring until fully dissolved and pour into glass container.
  5. Leave aside to cool down and then place in fridge.
  6. After 2 hours remove from fridge and cut into squares large or small.
  7. Store in the fridge and eat within 4-5 days.
