  1. In a bowl, whisk together 3 tbsp instant coffee, 2 tbsp sugar, and 3 tbsp boiling water for about 5 minutes until thick, fluffy, and forming stiff peaks. Use an electric whisk for best results, or whisk by hand.
  2. For hot coffee, heat 400-500 ml whole milk and pour into two heatproof glasses. For cold coffee, pour 400-500 ml cold whole milk into two glasses.
  3. Divide the whipped coffee mixture evenly and spoon on top of the milk in each glass.
  4. Serve immediately, stirring thoroughly before drinking.
