Dalgona coffee (whipped coffee)

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp instant coffee
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp boiling water
- 400-500 ml whole non-homo milk (hot or cold)
Directions
- In a bowl, whisk together 3 tbsp instant coffee, 2 tbsp sugar, and 3 tbsp boiling water for about 5 minutes until thick, fluffy, and forming stiff peaks. Use an electric whisk for best results, or whisk by hand.
- For hot coffee, heat 400-500 ml whole milk and pour into two heatproof glasses. For cold coffee, pour 400-500 ml cold whole milk into two glasses.
- Divide the whipped coffee mixture evenly and spoon on top of the milk in each glass.
- Serve immediately, stirring thoroughly before drinking.
