  1. Bloom gelatin, let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Boil 1.5 cups water with 2 tbsp sugar, add the gelatin, simmer 1-2 minutes until dissolved.
  3. Pour into a container, chill until set, then cut into cubes.
  4. Mix 4 cups water, 1/4-1/2 cup sugar, and banana extract until sugar dissolves. Adjust to taste.
  5. Add gelatin cubes and ice, stir, and serve immediately.
