Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup white sugar, to taste
- 3-5 drops banana extract, to taste (optional)
For gelatin
- 1 pack (1 tbsp) gelatin powder
- 2 cups water (for gelatin)
- 2 tbsp white sugar (for gelatin)
Directions
- Bloom gelatin, let sit for 5 minutes.
- Boil 1.5 cups water with 2 tbsp sugar, add the gelatin, simmer 1-2 minutes until dissolved.
- Pour into a container, chill until set, then cut into cubes.
- Mix 4 cups water, 1/4-1/2 cup sugar, and banana extract until sugar dissolves. Adjust to taste.
- Add gelatin cubes and ice, stir, and serve immediately.
