Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 6 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Melt sugar for caramel.
- Coat flanera with caramel, cool, preheat to 350°F.
- Blend eggs, condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla. Pour into pan.
- Seal flanera, place in water-filled baking dish, bake until set.
- Cool, refrigerate for an hour.
- Demold by inverting onto a plate. Serve and enjoy.
