  1. Melt sugar for caramel.
  2. Coat flanera with caramel, cool, preheat to 350°F.
  3. Blend eggs, condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla. Pour into pan.
  4. Seal flanera, place in water-filled baking dish, bake until set.
  5. Cool, refrigerate for an hour.
  6. Demold by inverting onto a plate. Serve and enjoy.
