Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 6 oz bittersweet chocolate
- 1 cup white sugar
- 4 scrambled eggs
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of pickling salt
- 2 sticks of butter
Directions
- Boil 1.5 cup water in a deep pan
- Place butter and chocolate in a different pan
- Place the second pan in the pan with the boiling water and close lid (this will melt the butter and chocolate together)
- Mix cocoa, pinch of salt, and sugar together. Add the vanilla extract and eggs. Then add the melted chocolate and butter sauce. Whisk everything together.
- Oil the bottom of a cake pan (with coconut oil), place a waxxy paper on the bottom and pour the batter in. (This is done so the cake does not stick to the pan)
- Preheat oven to 350F and place in oven
- Decorate with fruits and powdered sugar
