Ingredients
- 200 ml strong coffee, chilled
- 50 ml whole milk
- 1-3 tsp sugar syrup (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes (2-3 handfuls)
- Ice cream or whipped cream (optional, for serving)
Directions
- Pour 200 ml chilled strong coffee into a blender.
- Add 50 ml whole milk and 2-3 handfuls of ice cubes.
- Add 1-3 tsp sugar syrup, starting with a small amount; adjust sweetness after blending if needed.
- Blend until the ice is broken into an icy slush and the mixture is foamy.
- Pour into a glass and top with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
- Sip.
