  1. Pour 200 ml chilled strong coffee into a blender.
  2. Add 50 ml whole milk and 2-3 handfuls of ice cubes.
  3. Add 1-3 tsp sugar syrup, starting with a small amount; adjust sweetness after blending if needed.
  4. Blend until the ice is broken into an icy slush and the mixture is foamy.
  5. Pour into a glass and top with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
  6. Sip.
