  1. Preheat oven to 200°F (100°C).
  2. Whisk eggs and heavy cream together in a flat dish.
  3. Soak bread slices in egg mixture for 1 min per side until fully soaked.
  4. Melt coconut oil and butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry soaked bread slices in the pan until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Place cooked slices in the warm oven until ready to serve.
  7. Serve with optional maple syrup, honey, and powdered sugar.
