Ingredients
- potatoes
- 1/2tsp baking soda
- coconut oil
- 3-4tbsp stearic acid
- salt
- sugar
- pepper
Directions
- Peel taters.
- Soak taters in cold water for 30 - 60min.
- Add baking soda and bring to boil for 60 seconds.
- Strain and dry.
- Fry in coconut oil, add stearic acid once oil is hot (so it doesn’t smoke).
- Toss in sugar, salt, pepper.
- Consoom.
