(Potato has starch)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel taters.
  2. Soak taters in cold water for 30 - 60min.
  3. Add baking soda and bring to boil for 60 seconds.
  4. Strain and dry.
  5. Fry in coconut oil, add stearic acid once oil is hot (so it doesn’t smoke).
  6. Toss in sugar, salt, pepper.
  7. Consoom.
