Ingredients
- 2tbsp Cane Sugar
- 400mL 30% Guar-Free Coconut Cream
- 3 tbsp Cocao
Directions
- Separate the coconut cream from the coconut water by leaving the can overnight in the fridge.
- Remove the cream with a spoon, save the water
- Add 2 (or more to taste) tbsp of sugar
- Add 3 tbsp of cacao and mix a little — it will be hard to mix at this point, and will be very dry
- To make the final consistency we want, begin adding the coconut water to the mix — in this case I used only half (~100mL) of the remaining water in the can.
- Slowly add and mix. You will be able to tune the final consistency with the amount of coconut water.
