Directions

  1. Dice all ingredients.
  2. Heat coconut oil/tallow/ghee in a pan.
  3. Add Mushrooms and sauté until brown.
  4. Add Half Onion and cook until caramelized.
  5. Turn off the heat.
  6. Add and the rest of the ingredients.
  7. Blend the mixture extensively.
  8. (Optional) Pair with meat.
