Ingredients
- 2 cups grape juice
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 66g gelatin (grass-fed , tested for heavy metals and glyphosate)
Directions
- Simmer liquid for 5mins, add 2-3 tbsp of sugar or honey.
- Blend.
- Add 55g gelatin (some prefer to “bloom” the gelatin on the pan, but we don’t and they come out fine)
- Pour into a tray or molds
- Place in fridge for 2hrs, then cut
