Greek yogurt with raspberries and honey

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup strained Greek yogurt
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1-2 tbsp raw honey (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp Ceylon cinnamon (optional)
Directions
- Strain Greek yogurt through a coffee filter in a sieve over a bowl for 1-2 days to remove lactic acid.
- Spoon strained yogurt into a bowl.
- Top with frozen raspberries.
- Drizzle with raw honey.
- Sprinkle Ceylon cinnamon over the top.
- Gently swirl raspberries into yogurt for a frozen effect.
