Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp gelatin (about 1 envelope, bloomed in the water)
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 2 tbsp rose syrup
Directions
- Sprinkle gelatin over the water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
- Heat milk and sugar in a saucepan over medium until steaming but not boiling.
- Remove from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
- Pour into serving bowls and refrigerate until set, about 3–4 hours.
- Before serving, top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzle with rose syrup.
