Coconut oil honey chocolate

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 2-3 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)
Directions
- In a medium bowl, melt the coconut oil gently over low heat or in a double boiler until fully liquid.
- Remove from heat and whisk in the cacao powder until smooth and well combined.
- Add honey, starting with 2 tablespoons, and whisk until fully incorporated. Taste and add more honey if desired.
- Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined dish or mold.
- Place in the freezer for 30-60 minutes, or until fully set.
- Remove from the freezer, break or cut into pieces, and enjoy. Store in the fridge or freezer to maintain firmness.
