  1. In a medium bowl, melt the coconut oil gently over low heat or in a double boiler until fully liquid.
  2. Remove from heat and whisk in the cacao powder until smooth and well combined.
  3. Add honey, starting with 2 tablespoons, and whisk until fully incorporated. Taste and add more honey if desired.
  4. Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined dish or mold.
  5. Place in the freezer for 30-60 minutes, or until fully set.
  6. Remove from the freezer, break or cut into pieces, and enjoy. Store in the fridge or freezer to maintain firmness.
