Honey fruit gummy bears

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fruit juice
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 3 tbsp unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup honey
Directions
- Bloom gelatin.
- In a saucepan, combine fruit juice, lemon juice, and gelatin. Stir gently and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add honey and heat on low, stirring constantly until the mixture is fully dissolved. Do not boil. Skim off any foam.
- Pour the mixture into gummy bear molds. Avoid using a dropper to minimize bubbles.
- Let sit for 15 minutes, then transfer to the fridge for 1-2 hours to fully set.
- Remove gummies from the mold and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
