  1. Bloom gelatin.
  2. In a saucepan, combine fruit juice, lemon juice, and gelatin. Stir gently and let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Add honey and heat on low, stirring constantly until the mixture is fully dissolved. Do not boil. Skim off any foam.
  4. Pour the mixture into gummy bear molds. Avoid using a dropper to minimize bubbles.
  5. Let sit for 15 minutes, then transfer to the fridge for 1-2 hours to fully set.
  6. Remove gummies from the mold and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
