  1. Remove the rind from the watermelon and cut it into 2cm bite-sized cubes.
  2. Place 1/4 of the watermelon cubes into a food processor, blitz to a juice, then pour into a bowl and mix with 150 ml lemonade.
  3. Add a handful of ice, the apple cubes, frozen blueberries, and remaining watermelon pieces.
  4. Serve immediately, ladled into small bowls.
