Hwachae (korean watermelon punch)

Ingredients
- 1 watermelon (approximately 3.5kg)
- 150 ml lemonade
- 1 apple, cored and cut into 1cm cubes
- 100 g frozen blueberries
Directions
- Remove the rind from the watermelon and cut it into 2cm bite-sized cubes.
- Place 1/4 of the watermelon cubes into a food processor, blitz to a juice, then pour into a bowl and mix with 150 ml lemonade.
- Add a handful of ice, the apple cubes, frozen blueberries, and remaining watermelon pieces.
- Serve immediately, ladled into small bowls.
