Irish coffee

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp double cream
- 150 ml freshly brewed black coffee, hot
- 50 ml Irish whiskey
- 1/2 - 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
Directions
- Lightly whip 2 tbsp double cream until very slightly thickened, then set aside.
- Pour 150 ml hot freshly brewed black coffee into a mug or heatproof glass.
- Add 50 ml Irish whiskey and 1/2 - 1 tsp brown sugar; stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Gently float the whipped cream on top of the coffee mixture.
- Sprinkle a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg over the cream.
- Serve hot.
