Japanese coffee jelly

Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 ml) boiling water
- 2 tbsp instant coffee (or equivalent brewed coffee)
- 1 tbsp gelatin powder
- 2 tbsp brown sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) cold water
- Sweetened condensed milk (for topping)
Directions
- In a heatproof jug, combine boiling water, instant coffee, gelatin, and brown sugar. Stir well until dissolved.
- Add cold water and mix again.
- Pour into serving cups or a glass dish.
- Use a spoon to remove any bubbles from the surface for a smooth finish.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours until set.
- If using a dish, cut into cubes before serving.
- Top with condensed milk.
