  1. In a heatproof jug, combine boiling water, instant coffee, gelatin, and brown sugar. Stir well until dissolved.
  2. Add cold water and mix again.
  3. Pour into serving cups or a glass dish.
  4. Use a spoon to remove any bubbles from the surface for a smooth finish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours until set.
  6. If using a dish, cut into cubes before serving.
  7. Top with condensed milk.
