Directions

  1. Melt butter in a medium frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Sauté liver in the pan until crisp, about 2 min per side; avoid overcooking.
  4. Serve with bacon slices or break bacon into pieces, mix with liver and onions in the pan, then serve.
  5. Lightly salt before serving.
