  1. Preheat oven to 235°C, place an oven sheet at the bottom with parchment paper and an oven rack in the middle.
  2. Pound chicken breast into fillets.
  3. Stab the fillets all over with a fork on both sides.
  4. Apply salt and dry rub to both sides.
  5. Place the fillets on the oven rack and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tips of the fillets are slightly burned.
  6. Rest the fillets for 10 minutes.
  7. Slice the fillets into strips.
  8. Fry the chicken strips in butter.
  9. Eat as is or use the chicken for other dishes.
