Low(er) PUFA Bacon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
  2. Arrange bacon in a glass baking dish.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then drain the fat.
  4. Spread coconut oil in the dish, place bacon back in.
  5. Cook another 8-10 minutes or until crispy.
  6. Transfer to a paper towel to cool, then serve.
