Ingredients
- 1½ cups chopped mangoes or
- ¾ cup Greek yogurt
- ¾ cup milk (or water / 4 to 5 ice cubes or yogurt whey)
- 1½ to 3 tablespoons sugar (to taste) or maple syrup/honey
- ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1 pinch saffron (optional)

Directions
Mason Jar Method
- Add chilled mango puree, Greek yogurt, sugar, cardamom powder, and milk or cream or ice cubes to a mason jar.
- Whisk well until smooth or secure the jar with a tight lid and shake for 2 minutes until well mixed.
Blender Method
/1. Add chilled mangoes, sugar, cardamom powder, and milk (or wate/ice cubes) to a blender jar. Blend until smooth. 2. Add the yogurt and blend briefly til smooth. Don’t overblend. 3. Adjust sweetness and consistency as needed. 4. For a colder lassi, chill for an hour before serving.
