Mason Jar Method

  1. Add chilled mango puree, Greek yogurt, sugar, cardamom powder, and milk or cream or ice cubes to a mason jar.
  2. Whisk well until smooth or secure the jar with a tight lid and shake for 2 minutes until well mixed.

Blender Method

/1. Add chilled mangoes, sugar, cardamom powder, and milk (or wate/ice cubes) to a blender jar. Blend until smooth. 2. Add the yogurt and blend briefly til smooth. Don’t overblend. 3. Adjust sweetness and consistency as needed. 4. For a colder lassi, chill for an hour before serving.
