Marmalade gummies

Ingredients
- 1 jar marmalade (about 12-16 oz) good quality or homemade
- 9 tbsp gelatin (Great Lakes brand preferred)
- 1 3/4 cup water (for pot)
- 1/3 cup water (for blooming gelatin)
Directions
- Pour 1 3/4 cup water into a pot.
- Pour 1/3 cup water into a bowl or 4-cup measuring cup.
- Mix 9 tbsp gelatin into the 1/3 cup water to bloom; set aside.
- Heat pot of water on medium-low until hot (do not boil).
- Mash marmalade in a bowl to break it down.
- Add mashed marmalade to hot water; stir until dissolved (peels wonβt dissolve).
- Add bloomed gelatin to pot; stir until fully dissolved.
- Cook on medium heat for 5-10 minutes, then reduce to low.
- Pour mixture into a small measuring cup.
- Transfer to 48-disc molds.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
