Ingredients
- 100g macademia nuts (good to prepare in advance)
- Powdered sugar
- 1 egg white
- 1.5 tbsp holland coco powder
Directions
- Peel nuts - boil for a minute, cool in very cold water, then peel.
- Let them dry so the dough doesn’t get mushy.
- Shred nuts finely.
- Add 1 egg white.
- Mix while adding powdered sugar until the dough stops sticking.
- Sepparate 1 third of the dough and color with coco powder to make mushroom heads.
- Make the stem and the hat, add together.
