Ingredients
- 1 cup masa
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder (avoid the ones with aluminum, I use Rumford Brand)
- 4 tbsp sugar (I use light brown)
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions
- Mix the wet and dry ingredients until moistened.
- Cook on a griddle or a large frying pan at medium heat.
