Meat with mushrooms

  1. Melt equal amounts of butter and coconut oil in a frying pan large enough for the volume of meat and mushrooms.
  2. Sauté the meat (organ meat, shellfish, or muscle meat) in the melted butter and coconut oil over medium heat until cooked to desired doneness.
  3. Add prepared mushrooms to the pan, stir to combine, and cook until heated through.
  4. Season with pickling salt to taste and serve.
