Milk haters special milkshake

Ingredients
- 1½ cups milk (1% recommended for adults to keep fat content low)
- Pick: Maple syrup (light color), to taste
- Pick: Pure cane sugar, to taste
- Pick: Honey (best if combined from many sources), to taste
- Pick: Cinnamon, to taste (according to tolerance)
- Pick: Vanilla, to taste
- Pick: Coffee, to taste
- Pick: Cocoa (requires blending to dissolve), to taste
Directions
- Pour cold milk into a glass.
- Add desired amounts of any of the following optional ingredients: maple syrup, pure cane sugar, honey, cinnamon, vanilla, coffee, or cocoa. (If using cocoa, blend in a blender or stand mixer to dissolve.)
- Stir with a spoon until all ingredients are completely dissolved.
- Sip and enjoy.
