Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk powder (not fortified with vitamin A and D)
- 1/8 cup of milk
- 1 egg
- Salt to taste
- Powdered sugar
- Maple syrup
Directions
- Mix ingredients in a bowl.
- Whisk to a smooth mixture.
- Turn on a low heat, add butter or coconut oil to a pan.
- Pour mixture in the pan, they cook quickly, so pay attnetion to them.
- Flip as soon as they start to brown.
- Serve and add maple syrup as topping.
