  1. Bloom 1 tbsp gelatin in 1/4 cup warm water for 5 minutes until dissolved.
  2. In a blender, combine 1 cup chilled whole milk, 2 tbsp milk powder, and bloomed gelatin.
  3. Add 1 tsp vanilla extract and 1 tsp honey or sugar if desired.
  4. Blend for 30 seconds until smooth and frothy.
  5. Serve immediately, chilled.
