Milk powder protein shake

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk (chilled)
- 2 tbsp milk powder
- 1 tbsp gelatin (bloomed in 1/4 cup warm water)
- 1 tsp honey or sugar
- Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract/any fruit or flavor you like.
Directions
- Bloom 1 tbsp gelatin in 1/4 cup warm water for 5 minutes until dissolved.
- In a blender, combine 1 cup chilled whole milk, 2 tbsp milk powder, and bloomed gelatin.
- Add 1 tsp vanilla extract and 1 tsp honey or sugar if desired.
- Blend for 30 seconds until smooth and frothy.
- Serve immediately, chilled.
