Ingredients
- 4 cups milk (1% recommended for adults to keep fat content low)
- ΒΌ cup pure cane sugar
- 1Β½ tsp pure vanilla extract
- Optional: 1 Tbsp high-quality non-hydrolyzed gelatin powder
- Optional: 1 cup frozen, canned, or fresh fruit (strain if using fruit with small seeds)
- Optional: Β½ cup ice cream (for a thicker, richer drink)
Directions
- Blend pure cane sugar and milk in a blender until well mixed.
- Add pure vanilla extract and blend.
- Optionally, add one or a combination of the following and blend:
- 1 cup frozen, canned, or fresh fruit (strain afterward if using fruit with small seeds).
- Β½ cup ice cream for a thicker, richer texture.
- 1 Tbsp high-quality non-hydrolyzed gelatin powder to thicken and add protein.
